Our  leadership brings deep expertise in supporting federal agencies with complex challenges across financial systems, internal controls, data analytics, and performance improvement.

Jennifer L. Morris brings over 20 years of experience guiding government and commercial organizations through strategic planning, program execution, and performance improvement. She holds PMP (Project Management Professional) certification and has served as a consultant and advisor to federal agencies including the U.S. Navy, Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), and U.S. Department of the Treasury. Her areas of specialization include enterprise risk management, internal controls, audit readiness, and lease strategy. Jennifer is also a published author and an active member of the Project Management Institute (PMI). She holds an active security clearance, enabling her to support federal work involving sensitive or classified information.

Preston L. Gill is a former U.S. Navy Captain and seasoned logistics and supply chain leader with over three decades of service. He held command positions including Commanding Officer of Defense Contract Management Agency Europe and DLA Distribution Sigonella, Italy. His strategic leadership extended to roles such as Assistant Chief of Staff for Logistics for Expeditionary Strike Group Seven and Deputy Department Head for Nuclear Reactors Supply Chain Management at NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support. He also served as Director of Logistics for Commander Fleet Air Forward and supported senior-level planning at the Naval War College. Captain Gill is a qualified Joint Service Officer with warfare qualifications in submarine, aviation, and surface supply, and holds DAWIA Level III certifications in both Contracting and Acquisition Logistics.

Stephen Niman is a seasoned leader with more than 20 years of experience building high-performing teams for Department of Defense clients, including the U.S. Navy and the Defense Logistics Agency. An Army veteran and former drill sergeant, he brings a leadership style shaped by discipline, mentorship, and mission focus. His work spans not only internal talent development within his own firms and Big Four environments, but also extends to sourcing and structuring teams for prime contractors and subcontractor partners. He has led talent acquisition and workforce strategy efforts across mission-critical programs, aligning recruiting and staffing solutions with the operational goals of both public- and private-sector stakeholders in the defense ecosystem.
